Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in the operating room (OR)
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong critical thinking, organization, and communication skills
• Experience with a range of surgical patients and familiarity with OR protocols

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a sterile operative environment
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure patient safety
• Assess patient needs throughout the perioperative care continuum
• Document care accurately and efficiently
• Educate patients and families pre- and post-operatively
• Adhere strictly to infection control and safety standards
