Qualifications:

• Current and active RN license
• Minimum of 12 years of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AORN preferred)
• Strong knowledge of perioperative procedures and aseptic techniques
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking abilities

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical cases, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to deliver optimal perioperative care
• Maintain accurate documentation and promote efficient surgical flow
• Uphold strict standards of infection control and quality assurance
• Provide support, comfort, and education to patients and families
