Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and operating room staff
- Prepare patients and surgical equipment prior to procedures
- Monitor patients vital signs and overall condition throughout surgery
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Document patient information and surgical details accurately
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current RN licensure with experience in operating room nursing
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and OR protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
