- Travel assignment with flexible scheduling
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid RN license, eligible in West Virginia
- Minimum of one year of recent Operating Room experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current and active)
- Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with diverse surgical specialties is a plus
Role Responsibilities:
- Support surgical teams throughout all phases of operative procedures
- Perform pre-operative assessments and prepare the operating room for surgeries
- Monitor patient status and quickly respond to any intraoperative changes
- Maintain accurate, real-time documentation and ensure compliance with all safety protocols
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to promote positive outcomes
