Schedule/Hours:
- Days, 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
- Weekend shifts required
- On-call rotations
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
- Solid understanding of patient rights and communication tailored to developmental age
- Knowledge and clinical skills applicable to the specific patient population
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement care for patients in the operating room
- Deliver care efficiently and safely, adhering to unit standards and organizational values
- Maintain collaborative relationships with staff, physicians, patients, and families
- Effectively handle emergency and crisis situations involving physical effort and prolonged periods on your feet
- Maintain awareness of infection control and environmental safety protocols
