With shifts from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm and no weekend or holiday requirements, youll have ample downtime to experience all that the region offers. Key Schedule Details:
- Shift: 2:30 pm 11:00 pm
- No weekends or holidays required
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with current BLS certification
- Significant Operating Room circulating RN experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in robotic surgeries and neurosurgical cases
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently within a collaborative team
- Open to travelers (must reside more than 50 miles outside Roscoe, IL)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Circulate during diverse surgical procedures, ensuring seamless workflow and patient safety
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain sterile technique and manage operating room equipment, especially in robotics and neuro cases
- Demonstrate poise and swift action in high-pressure situations
