Stepping into the Operating Room as a Registered Nurse in this assignment means expanding your portfolio with robotics and neuro specialty work. Youll receive additional training for the Charge RN role, empowering you to advance your clinical skill set and increase career mobility.
Schedule/Hours:
- 2230-0700 (Monday through Friday)
- Covers weekend shift until Saturday at 0700
- No local candidates within a 50-mile radius
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license (compact licensure accepted)
- Recent experience as an OR nurse; charge experience preferred or willingness to train
- Demonstrated expertise in robotics and neurosurgery procedures
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic operating room environment
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a clinical leader during the OR shift, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow
- Circulate and scrub during diverse surgical procedures, including robotics and neurosurgery cases
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff
- Provide support, mentorship, and guidance to OR nursing team members as needed
