Schedule/Hours:
- 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
- Choice of shifts: 6:30am5:00pm or 9:00am7:30pm
- Rotational call requirements
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (unrestricted)
- Minimum of two years of Operating Room experience
- Comfortable circulating; Scrub experience not required
- Proficiency in robotics and neuro cases mandatory
- Strong critical thinking and collaborative skills
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from Roscoe, IL
Responsibilities:
- Circulate for a wide range of surgical procedures, including advanced robotics and neurosurgery
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff for optimal patient care
- Maintain rigorous safety and infection control standards in the OR
- Advocate for patients throughout the intraoperative experience
- Participate in a rotational call schedule, demonstrating flexibility and reliability
