Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week (either 6:30 am 5:00 pm or 9:00 am 7:30 pm)
- Rotational call required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license with experience circulating in the operating room
- Must have strong skills in OR nursing, specifically with robotics and neuro cases
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary perioperative team
- Willingness to embrace new protocols and adapt to varied case volumes
- Professional references required
- Traveler eligibility: Must reside at least 50 miles from assignment location
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate for a range of surgical procedures, focusing on robotics and neuro
- Ensure optimal patient safety and coordinated care throughout perioperative phases
- Maintain strict sterile techniques and support surgeons and surgical teams
- Communicate effectively with anesthesia, surgical, and recovery teams
