Schedule/Hours:
- Evening shifts, 4x10 hour days (10:30am-9:00pm)
- Weekly guarantee of 36 hours
- Occasional weekend and on-call duties as required
Qualifications:
- Current RN license eligible for Missouri
- BLS from the American Heart Association (required)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Level 1 or 2 Trauma (teaching hospital experience considered)
- Scrub and OR Circulator experience
- Highly motivated, self-directed professional
- DaVinci robotic surgery and EPIC EMR experience welcomed
Responsibilities:
- Provide and coordinate direct patient care for diverse case types, from outpatient to critical care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Collaborate with ancillary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and safety standards
- Aid in orientation as needed and remain adaptable across units
