Schedule:
- Days
- 10-hour shifts
- 40 hours per week

Qualifications:
- Valid Indiana RN license
- At least 2 recent years of Operating Room experience
- BSN degree preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to stay composed in fast-paced situations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with surgical teams, ensuring safe and effective procedures
- Monitor patients vital signs and intervene as needed
- Prepare and maintain operating rooms, supplies, and surgical equipment
- Assist with proper positioning and prepping of patients
- Administer medications and anesthesia under physician guidance
- Maintain detailed patient records and documentation
- Foster supportive, patient-centered environments for patients and families
