Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated perioperative nursing care following established standards and the full nursing process
- Supervise and guide assigned nursing staff, ensuring high standards and safety
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and allied disciplines for optimal patient outcomes
- Make independent judgments and utilize advanced critical thinking during surgical procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all compliance and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Demonstrated experience in Operating Room nursing (scrub and/or circulate)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to supervise, mentor, and direct assigned nursing personnel
- Previous travel nursing experience a plus, though not required
