What Youll Do:

• Circulate and/or scrub for diverse surgical procedures
• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care pre-, intra-, and post-op
• Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff
• Adhere strictly to sterile technique and evidence-based perioperative practices
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record system
• Act as an advocate for surgical patients throughout their OR experience

What Were Looking For:

• Active RN license, valid in New York or compact state
• Minimum of 1-2 years recent Operating Room experience (travel experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards
• Current BLS (and ACLS preferred) certification
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
