Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 2 years recent OR experience
- Strong scrubbing and circulating skills in various surgical specialties
- Current BLS certification
- Excellent adaptability in a high-acuity surgical environment
- Commitment to punctuality and attendance, with strict adherence to attendance policy
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care before, during, and after surgery
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and anesthesia providers to deliver optimal patient outcomes
