This travel assignment offers Operating Room Registered Nurses the opportunity to build expert skills and gain exposure to a variety of surgical practices, innovative techniques, and dynamic care teams. Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position with flexible contract length
- Rotating shifts possible; details provided during interview
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) nursing experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Experience with a range of surgical specialties is a plus
- Adaptability and an eagerness to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub for diverse surgical procedures under varying conditions
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary surgical teams
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and patient safety protocols
- Provide compassionate, individualized care through every perioperative phase
- Document all aspects of patient care in compliance with regulatory guidelines
