Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the Operating Room, specifically with Neuro/Spine procedures
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to manage circulating duties adeptly during surgery
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the work site

Responsibilities:

• Support the surgical team by managing circulating tasks effectively in Neuro/Spine operations
• Prepare and maintain equipment, ensuring a sterile environment throughout procedures
• Monitor patient status and maintain documentation in compliance with protocols
• Collaborate closely with surgeons and OR staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide post-operative care coordination as needed
