Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- Perioperative nursing experience required
- Recent operating room experience as a circulating and scrub nurse
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; Advanced certifications preferred
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate perioperative care for surgical patients
- Function as the Scrub Technician as needed, adapting to patient and procedural requirements
- Manage, provide, and delegate patient care in the operating room while ensuring adherence to established standards
- Facilitate cooperation and communication among the healthcare team
- Promote patient safety and satisfaction throughout the surgical experience
