Schedule/Hours:

• 4x10 hour evening shifts, 11:0021:30 (rotating days off based on unit needs)
• Includes weekends as scheduled
• Call requirements: approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend shift per month
• Flexible RTO policymake up the time as needed

Qualifications:

• Active RN license and BLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of prior OR RN experience
• Level I Trauma Center experience required
• Robust neuro-surgical experience (must have ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, and XLIF)
• Da Vinci Xi Surgical System experience required
• First-time travelers enthusiastically considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and assist in diverse OR procedures with emphasis on complex neuro cases and robotics
• Adhere to strict safety and sterile protocols
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and perioperative staff
• Participate in on-call rotation and adapt to changing caseloads
