Advance your operating room skills as an RN immersed in a facility recognized for its advanced trauma care and dynamic case mix. This travel assignment is an exceptional opportunity to expand your expertise in neuro and robotic surgeries, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and experience diverse leadership styles. With exposure to complex procedures and the support of seasoned colleagues, your resume will reflect an impressive scope of practice.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Four 10-hour evening shifts (11:0021:30), rotating days off to accommodate unit needs
  • May include weekend shifts
  • On-call requirements: about one weeknight per week and one weekend shift per month
  • Flexible on RTO requestsmake up time as needed

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license and BLS certification
  • At least 3 years of operating room RN experience
  • Previous employment at a Level I Trauma Center
  • Neuro surgery proficiency, including ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, and XLIF
  • Robotic surgery experience specifically with the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System
  • Open to first-time travelers eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
