Schedule/Hours:
- Primarily weekend coverage
Key Qualifications:
- Active California RN licensure
- Current CPR and ACLS certifications
- At least one year of recent Perioperative Charge Nurse or Relief Charge Nurse experience
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field
- Two or more years of Critical Care experience
- CNOR certification
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room
- Function as charge or relief charge nurse, providing leadership and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure best patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
- Float to Med/Surg and Critical Care units as necessary to meet patient care demands
