Schedule/Hours

  • Days: FridaySunday, 3x12-hour shifts
  • Weekly Guarantee: 36 hours
  • 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care across all age groups, with attention to assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Serve as both a scrub and circulating nurse for a mix of endovascular, open, and hybrid cases
  • Coordinate patient care with ancillary departments, maintaining professional accountability
  • Assist vascular surgeons in the OR and hybrid imaging suite
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality and uphold facility standards in care and communication

Required Qualifications

  • Active RN license, eligible/licensed in Missouri
  • BLS certification (AHA)
  • Minimum 2 years in Level 1 or 2 Trauma, or teaching hospital experience
  • Experience as both scrub and OR circulator
  • At least 1 year in interventional vascular procedures, competent in conscious sedation
  • Strong human relations and communication skills
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job

Preferred Experience

  • Multiple years in Level 1 trauma setting
