This travel nursing role provides the chance to work in a state-of-the-art surgical setting, caring for diverse patients in a hospital distinguished by its commitment to excellence and innovation. Expand your practice by engaging with trauma and surgical teams in a Level 1 Trauma Center renowned for its collaborative spirit and dedication to high-quality care. This position is ideal for RNs eager to enhance their resumes and gain exposure to new practices, advanced medical equipment (including DaVinci robotics), and multiple specialties in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Evening shift: 4x10s, 10:30am-9:00pm
  • Guaranteed 36 hours per week
  • Occasional weekend and call rotations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license valid in Missouri
  • BLS certification (AHA required)
  • Minimum 2 years Level 1 or 2 Trauma OR experience (teaching hospital experience accepted)
  • Scrub and Circulator experience
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care across all age groups in operating room settings
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
  • Maintain confidentiality and patient rights in every interaction
  • Support and guide less experienced caregivers
