Deliver exceptional patient care as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room within a dynamic healthcare environment. In this contract role, you will support surgical patients and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current unencumbered RN license
• Demonstrated experience in operating room or perioperative nursing
• Familiarity with established protocols and procedures in surgical settings
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Ability to respond decisively in high-pressure situations with minimal supervision
• Proficient critical thinking and clinical judgment abilities
• Adherence to strict infection control and safety standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care aligned with established policies and clinical protocols
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions clearly and thoroughly
• Act as the primary coordinator among all disciplines involved in the patients surgical care
• Accurately implement physician and nursing directives
• Assess and coordinate patients needs for discharge planning, working collaboratively with the extended healthcare team
• Deliver care using Standard Precautions and personal protective equipment, ensuring a safe environment for both patients and staff
