Working in a 343-bed, state-of-the-art hospital designated as Johnson County's only Trauma Center, youll collaborate with staff whose tenure ranges from new graduates to those with over 30 years of experience. Schedule Options:
- Flexible shifts available: 8, 10, or 12 hours (based on availability)

Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Experience in OR/surgical/procedural settings preferred, but enthusiastic new grads also welcomed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care to diverse surgical patients, utilizing advanced equipment and Meditech documentation
- Support a range of surgical specialties including cardiovascular, orthopedics, neurosurgery, trauma, and more
- Collaborate with unit secretaries and surgical techs for optimal patient care
- Uphold policies, sterile technique, and safety standards in a nationally recognized facility
