Working in a state-of-the-art facility with 453 beds, you will collaborate with a highly experienced perioperative team known for their excellence and adoption of new technologies and equipment. This role is a unique opportunity to broaden your expertise through orthopedic and trauma procedures, exposure to leading practices, and close-knit mentorship from seasoned staff members. Schedule:

• Options include 3x12-hour shifts or 4x10-hour shifts per week
• On-call requirement: 6 call shifts every 4 weeks
• Weekends may include on-call coverage

Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• BLS certification required
• TNCC or TCAR is mandatory (must be included with application)
• Proven experience in orthopedic nursing; trauma orthopedic background essential
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR and orthopedic equipment
• Ability to wear hospital-provided scrubs as required uniform

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and assist in OR procedures, with focus on trauma, arthroscopies, and total joint cases
• Provide high-quality, 1:1 nursing care throughout surgical procedures
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Adhere to established best practices and advanced procedural skills
