Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with Operating Room expertise to support a critical access hospital with four ORs, specializing in orthopedic, general, podiatry, and cataract surgeries. This contract position is ideal for nurses who are skilled in circulating responsibilities and have some experience providing recovery care.
Location: Onalaska, WI

Responsibilities:
- Serve primarily as the Circulating RN in the Operating Room
- Provide recovery care as needed following surgical procedures
- Support surgical teams during orthopedic, general, podiatry, and cataract cases
- Respond promptly within a 20-minute timeframe during call hours
- Maintain patient safety and adherence to surgical protocols
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current RN license with Operating Room experience
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Ability to respond quickly (within 20 minutes) when on call
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
