Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an Operating Room RN
• BLS and ACLS Certifications (required)
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub as needed for a variety of surgical procedures
• Maintain sterile field and support best practices in patient safety
• Monitor patient status throughout the perioperative process
• Document care accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies
• Communicate proactively with the surgical team, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
