Required Experience and Skills:
- Current RN license, valid in Texas or compact state
- Demonstrated recent experience in an Operating Room setting
- Strong knowledge of perioperative procedures and patient safety
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-stakes situations
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
- BLS and ACLS certifications, current and valid
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
- Maintain strict aseptic and sterile techniques at all times
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are properly prepared and accounted for
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care
