Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during procedures by anticipating needs and monitoring patient status
• Maintain accurate patient records, including pre-and post-operative notes
• Monitor and advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process
• Collaborate closely with the entire surgical and nursing team to ensure successful patient outcomes
• Adhere strictly to all hospital and regulatory protocols for infection control and patient safety
