Schedule:
- Travel role; assignment length and shift details will be provided during the screening process.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of recent Operating Room RN experience
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong clinical judgement and ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to new settings
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety before, during, and after procedures
- Monitor patients vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control protocols
- Prepare Operating Room instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families
- Document nursing interventions and outcomes accurately
