Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Proven experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to supervise and guide nursing staff of varying experience levels
• Familiarity with surgical instruments, aseptic techniques, and OR procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care to surgical patients in accordance with established standards and the nursing process
• Supervise, mentor, and direct assigned OR nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
• Use critical thinking and independent judgment when responding to evolving patient needs during procedures
• Maintain sterile environments, diligent documentation, and compliance with all protocols and safety guidelines
• Monitor patient vital signs and provide specialized support throughout preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases
