Deliver outstanding perioperative care in a dynamic operating room setting, supporting patients throughout their surgical experience. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Proven experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Ability to supervise and guide nursing staff of varying experience levels
- Familiarity with surgical instruments, aseptic techniques, and OR procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards
Schedule & Hours:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to surgical patients in accordance with established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise, mentor, and direct assigned OR nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Use critical thinking and independent judgment when responding to evolving patient needs during procedures
- Maintain sterile environments, diligent documentation, and compliance with all protocols and safety guidelines
- Monitor patient vital signs and provide specialized support throughout preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases
