Schedule/Hours:

• Day shifts
• 10-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week

Core Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Indiana RN license
• Minimum of 2 recent years experience in the Operating Room
• BSN preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Demonstrated ability to remain focused in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient operations
• Monitor patients and deliver swift, effective interventions
• Prepare operating rooms with required equipment and supplies
• Position and prep patients for surgical procedures
• Administer medications and anesthesia (under physician direction)
