Schedule/Hours:
- Days
- 10-hour shifts
- 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Monitor patients vital signs, providing timely interventions as necessary
- Prepare the operating room with appropriate equipment and supplies
- Assist with patient positioning and prepping prior to surgery
- Administer medications and support anesthesia delivery under physician direction
- Carefully document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Foster a supportive, patient-centered environment for both patients and families
Qualifications:
- Active Indiana RN license
- At least 2 recent years of Operating Room nursing experience
- BSN preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to maintain composure and attention to detail in fast-paced settings
