Scheduling:
- 4 ten-hour day shifts weekly
- Rotating evening, night, and weekend call
- Typical assignment per 8-week schedule: 1 call weekend (Friday 7:00 pmMonday 7:00 am) and 45 weeknight call shifts (7:00 pm7:00 am)
Professional Growth:
- Exposure to the latest in surgical robotics (Exactech, Mako, Stealth, DaVinci)
- Work across multiple specialties, including general, orthopedic, neuro, ENT, OB-GYN, urology, plastics, pediatrics, and trauma
- Collaborate in a supportive, forward-thinking OR team and add significant leadership and technical experiences to your resume
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado or Compact State RN license in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- At least 3 years of recent OR experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care throughout the intraoperative phase
- Uphold patient safety and quality standards in fast-paced surgical settings
- Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and support best practices in surgery
