Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency circulating and scrubbing preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in new clinical environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative teams
- Monitor patient status and surgical safety throughout procedures
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control standards
- Document clinical activities accurately and promptly
- Support patients and families before, during, and after surgery
