Desired Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year recent Operating Room experience
- Proficiency in circulating and/or scrubbing for a variety of perioperative cases
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Current BLS certification (additional OR-specific certifications preferred)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new teams and tech platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
- Collaborate efficiently with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff
- Maintain strict aseptic technique and regulatory standards throughout procedures
- Document care meticulously and ensure patient advocacy at every step
- Support rapid turnovers and respond effectively in urgent situations
