Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating room nursing care
- Experience as a scrub technician or willingness to function in this role as needed
- Current BLS certification (additional specialty certifications preferred)
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a surgical setting
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing careassessment, planning, and evaluation
- Function as a Scrub Technician during procedures when assigned
- Coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with established nursing standards
- Foster cooperation and collaboration among the surgical and healthcare team
- Delegate tasks appropriately and support colleagues in maintaining excellent patient outcomes
