As a travel RN with a focus on the Operating Room, youll be immersed in a dynamic team handling a diverse array of cases, including hand, foot & ankle, sports medicine, and advanced total joint, spine surgery, and pain procedures. The unit, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and specializing in Robotic Total Joint Replacement, promises ample opportunity to deepen your clinical expertise while learning new workplace practices and leadership approaches. This is an exceptional platform to expand your resume and grow both professionally and personally, surrounded by experienced staff in a supportive atmosphere.
Schedule:
- 7:00AM5:00PM, 10-hour shifts
- No call, nights, weekends, or holidays
- Overtime may be available
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Current RN license with Operating Room experience
- BLS certification required
- Experience with orthopedics preferred
- Confident in procedures such as Sports Medicine, Hand, Foot & Ankle, Total Joint, Spine, and Pain management surgeries
- Comfortable with 1:1 patient care in a fast-paced setting
- Adaptable to using paper documentation
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional intraoperative patient care in collaboration with a dedicated surgical team
- Work closely with anesthesia providers, surgeons, and OR techs to ensure safety and quality
- Follow established protocols and support best practices using new technology and robotics
- Maintain compliance with dress codefacility-provided scrubs
