Schedule/Hours:
- Day shifts
- 10-hour shifts
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license (state-specific or compact)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience
- Expertise in Ortho, Trauma, and Neuro surgical specialties
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective perioperative nursing care to patients of varying complexity
- Circulate and scrub in a variety of OR procedures, prioritizing best-practice standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams to enhance patient outcomes
- Apply critical thinking to quickly respond to emergencies and changing conditions
