Schedule/Hours:
- Day shifts
- 10-hour workdays
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license (state or compact)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Operating Room
- Specialized background in Ortho, Trauma, and Neuro OR settings
Core Responsibilities:
- Scrub and circulate in various surgical procedures, especially in ortho, trauma, and neuro cases
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the greater surgical team to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure adherence to strict safety and sterility protocols in the OR
- Accurately document procedures and respond efficiently in emergency situations
- Support a culture of teamwork, quality care, and patient-focused service
