Schedule:
- Day shifts
- 10-hour workdays
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (state or compact)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 2 years of recent OR nursing experience
- Expertise in Ortho, Trauma, or Neuro operating rooms is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, assess, and monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Support surgeons by maintaining sterile environments and managing instruments
- Collaborate closely with anesthesia and surgical teams for optimized patient care
- Document procedures and patient responses accurately
- Respond to emergencies swiftly and effectively
