Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least 1 recent year of OR (Operating Room) experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative surgical environment
- Proficiency with electronic health records and surgical documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Prep patients and operating rooms for surgical procedures
- Circulate and scrub as needed during various operations
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and surgical techs
- Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols
- Provide compassionate pre-op and post-op care
- Accurately document all aspects of perioperative care
