This opportunity is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specialized in Operating Room care to support a healthcare facility in Midland, TX. Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and surgical equipment for a variety of procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition during surgery
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other staff to ensure safe and efficient surgical care
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety standards
• Provide patient education and support as needed during their surgical experience
• Document all nursing care accurately and promptly in patient records

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current and valid RN licensure with Operating Room experience
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and sterile techniques
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
