Step into a vital role supporting surgical teams and patient care as a Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room. Key Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program with an active RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent Operating Room experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification highly desired
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical instrumentation
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to function efficiently in a collaborative, high-pressure setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure equipment sterility and readiness
• Circulate and/or scrub for surgical cases in accordance with facility policies
• Provide safe and effective intraoperative care to patients undergoing various procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and support staff
• Monitor patient status, documenting relevant information and reacting promptly to changes
• Perform post-procedure patient assessments and assist with transport as needed
• Uphold infection control standards and maintain a calm, reassuring presence for patients
