Responsibilities include:

• Assisting surgeons and surgical teams during operative procedures
• Maintaining a sterile field and ensuring adherence to all safety protocols
• Monitoring patient preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative status
• Documenting nursing interventions and patient responses accurately
• Collaborating with anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal care

Desired qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible to practice in Indiana
• Minimum of one year of recent OR nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certification (additional specialty certifications are a plus)
