Step into a dynamic surgical setting as an RN in the Operating Room, where every shift brings unique learning opportunities. Collaborate alongside accomplished surgical teams and gain exposure to a full spectrum of cases, including ortho, general, gynecology, ENT, urology, spine, robotics, breast/plastics, and thoracic procedures. A background in cardiac or scrub roles is valued but not requiredthis environment supports growth, nurturing both emerging and seasoned clinical talent.
Schedule:
- Five 8-hour shifts per week
- Core shift: 7:00am 3:30pm, with potential rotation to 9:00am 5:30pm or 11:00am 7:30pm as needed
- Includes night and weekend call (frequency varies by staffing)
Qualifications:
- Licensed Registered Nurse with current credentials
- Minimum one year of perioperative nursing experience
- Circulator experience required; scrub background welcomed but not mandatory
- Ability to provide care across multiple surgical specialties
- Adaptable, team-oriented, and eager for professional development
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and support a wide range of surgical procedures
- Foster patient safety and coordinate interdisciplinary communication
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with best practices
- Flexibly assist with call responsibilities as assigned
