What Youll Need to Succeed:
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent Operating Room experience
- BLS certification (additional certifications such as ACLS preferred)
- Solid knowledge of infection control, surgical instrumentation, and perioperative best practices
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
Your Daily Impact:
- Circulate and/or scrub for diverse surgical cases
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment before, during, and after procedures
- Monitor patients and provide compassionate, diligent care throughout the surgical process
- Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance initiatives

$2,211 - $2,419/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
