Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible travel contract
- Day and evening shifts may be available depending on facility needs
Qualifications:
- Current and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent Operating Room experience
- Proven ability to adapt quickly and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with a variety of surgical procedures and instrumentation
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, patient-focused care in the Operating Room
- Preoperative assessment and ongoing intraoperative monitoring
- Collaborate with surgeons and surgical technologists to ensure patient safety
- Accurately document patient information and surgical procedures
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and sterile technique
- Educate patients and families on surgical processes as needed
