Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time contract
• Specific schedule to be confirmed based on department needs

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, active RN license in Georgia
• Minimum of 1 year circulating and/or scrubbing experience in an acute care operating room setting preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong understanding of perioperative nursing practices, including patient assessment, documentation, and advocacy
• Familiarity with the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards by the American Nurses Association
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, able to work alongside licensed and unlicensed caregivers

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized, safe patient care throughout the perioperative continuum
• Clearly communicate patient needs and preferences to surgical teams, upholding patient advocacy and safety
• Diligently follow policies, procedures, and standardized workflows for patient care in accordance with professional practice standards
• Proactively participate in shared governance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for patients, families, and colleagues, ensuring patient-centered service excellence

$1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
