As an RN specializing in the Operating Room, youll play a pivotal role in a collaborative care environment. Youll be at the forefront of surgical patient care, partnering with talented teams, and participating in diverse clinical practices that foster continual learning and professional growth.

Schedule:

  • Variable day shift positions with call
  • Flexibility to cover all shifts required

Qualifications:

  • Current Montana Registered Nurse licensure
  • Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN, ADN, or Diploma)
  • 18+ months RN experience
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Must reside at least 90 miles from facility
  • Preferred: CNOR certification, one year circulating experience, one year scrub experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and assess comprehensive patient data
  • Analyze findings and determine appropriate diagnoses
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Promote safety and quality of care in a high-acuity environment
  • Maintain professional development and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in education specific to cerebrovascular disease (stroke competency care)
  • Provide leadership while collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
