As an Operating Room RN, you will engage with a highly skilled, multidisciplinary surgical team and participate in a broad range of procedures, including those utilizing advanced robotics and neurosurgical techniques. This opportunity is ideal for professionals eager to collaborate with leaders in the field and acquire in-depth experience with cutting-edge equipment and protocols.
Schedule/Hours:
- 4 x 10-hour shifts (choose either 6:30am5:00pm or 9:00am7:30pm)
- Rotational call responsibilities
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of recent experience circulating in the Operating Room
- Demonstrated expertise with robotics and neuro procedures
- Solid critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the area
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate during diverse surgical procedures, with an emphasis on robotics and neurosurgery
- Ensure aseptic technique and patient safety throughout procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and scrub staff for seamless operations
- Adhere to hospital policies and adapt to evolving protocols
- Participate in rotational call coverage
