Schedule/Hours
- Shifts available: 6:30 am 5:00 pm or 9:00 am 7:30 pm
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Rotational on-call requirements
Qualifications
- Active RN license with unrestricted status
- Minimum recent experience circulating in an Operating Room
- Strong skill set in perioperative nursing
- Proven experience with robotics and neuro surgeries is required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Open to travelers residing 50+ miles outside facility radius
Key Responsibilities
- Circulate in operating room supporting a broad range of complex surgical cases
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical teams
- Ensure patient safety and uphold the highest standards of aseptic technique
- Manage instruments, equipment, and surgical supplies throughout procedures
- Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative support for optimal patient outcomes
