This travel position places you at the core of innovation, allowing you to refine your leadership style and adapt to diverse clinical practices. The schedule offers overnight hours:
Schedule/Hours:
- Shift: 10:30 PM 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday
- Weekend/Holiday Coverage: Only until Saturday at 7:00 AM

Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license, in good standing
- Robust background in operating room (OR) nursing
- Demonstrated experience in charge or lead roles
- Required: Robotics and neuro surgery experience
- Flexibility to adapt to new settings and practices
- Commitment to excellence in patient safety and care
- Willingness to participate in additional job-specific training
- Not eligible: Candidates residing within 50 miles of assignment
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as charge nurse in a dynamic OR during overnight shifts
- Oversee and assist with various surgical procedures, including specialized robotics and neuro
- Mentor and collaborate with fellow clinicians
- Maintain high safety, quality, and patient satisfaction standards
- Support seamless perioperative workflow and resource allocation
